There are many tests that students can take to assess their English ability. One of them is the GTEC examination, which evaluates all four language skills. Second-year students will sit this exam in December.

To help them prepare, Mr. Robison teaches students how to answer the questions effectively, with a particular focus on the speaking section.

One of the tasks requires students to create a story based on a four-panel comic strip. Mr. Robison provides tips and strategies to help students achieve the highest possible score on this question. Today, students worked in groups to come up with effective ways to describe each panel.

In the actual test, students wear a headset with a microphone, and their speaking ability is assessed.
