What do you often do after school?

Today, we had a look at the English T.T.(Team Teaching) class of class I-A, the Regular Course of the first-year-students.

In today’s T.T. class students were given two Loilo Note cards to interview their friends! First of all, they practiced with the teachers the pronunciation. Then they tried to ask those questions to the teachers for practice. Finally, they wrote done a memo of their anwers and tried to practice their own answers. Afterwards, students made pairs and asked each other the questions, and answered respectively.

In the T.T. class all students are encouraged to try speaking English to have an English conversation. Everyone is told that “It’s okay to make mistakes!” and that is because, making mistakes makes you learn and know better! So, everyone should try speaking English! Do not be afraid of making mistakes, everyone! Try your best! Give it a try!

授業開始からあっという間に２週間が経ち、ゴールデン・ウイークも近づいてきました。本日より３日間、放課後は二者面談のため、授業は４時間目までの短縮時間です。今日は総合進学コース1年生の英語T.T.の時間にお邪魔してきました。

「英語T.T.」とは、「英語Team Teaching」の略で、外国人の先生と日本人の先生がチームとなって一緒に授業を展開し、英会話を楽しめる授業のことです。

そんな英語T.T.で、本日はロイロノートを用いて、クラスメイトへのインタビューに挑戦しました❕

カードに書いてあった例文を参考に自分の答えを作り、スピーキング練習をしました。その後、各列で１分に１回転のペースで次々と別の人にインタビューを繰り返しました。自分の話を色んな人に聞いてもらえて、大変貴重な時間でしたね。

これからの人生において、英語は大変重要になるので、みなさん精一杯頑張ってください！失敗しても大丈夫！勇気を出して、たくさん英語で盛り上がっていきましょうね！
