Media Center: Learning Commons

Today, we will introduce the area of the Media Center called the Learning Commons.

As you can see, desks and chairs can be moved around to create an infinite number of arrangements. This makes it easy for teachers to run a variety of activities in their lessons. Students can make groups of any number, and work on assignments or projects.

The newly added screens and projectors can also be moved around the room. Students can use these for presentations in smaller groups by connecting their iPads to the projectors. Teachers are also able to share their screen simultaneously to all screens via a wireless connection.

We are excited to see how students and teachers make use of this new area of the Media Center.　Come check it out, and while you are at the Media Center, why not borrow a few books, too.
