Today, we had the first day of our school festival weekend. At Gyosei, we call our school festival Seigasai. Tomorrow is the Sports Day of Seigasai, so today we spent the day going through the program and practicing some of the events.

Some of the competitions are your typical events, such as short-distance sprints and relays. Others are more fun, like tug-of-war, the monkey carry, and the flagpole climb. The competing students all get revved up and give it their best when they’re on the field, while everyone else gives their all to cheer their classmates on.

We’re all ready for the real deal tomorrow. Give it all you’ve got!
